Since 180 years now, four generations of the HUCHEZ family have devoted themselves to enhancing thousands of buildings. Since the astronomical clocks in Besançon and Beauvais, the installation of clocks and bells followed by their electrification has resulted in the company gaining renown.

In 1975, Jean-Paul Huchez, the third generation, took control of the company. His engineering background, his pragmatism and his communicative personality have enabled the company to expand and develop its products and services which are the highest quality. More than thirty years of undisputed expertise have made him into a recognised specialist.

The 1st January 2008, François HUCHEZ succeeds his father and takes the head of the family company. The fourth generation now operates, and François HUCHEZ, helped by it's experience in business and IT, improves continuously the products and services the company can offers, with the help of it's skilled and professional engineers, technicians and employees.

  • Dials are always on right time, thanks to master clocks with accurate embedded quartz, radio synchronized or GPS synchronized, wherever the clock is placed in the world.
  • There cannot be any time difference between dials since they are connected together through mechanical shafts to the central movement
  • Automatically resetting to the proper time in the event of a power failure
  • High reliability of motors which rotate only 2 seconds per minute, hence wear and tear next to nothing.
  • Automatic DST (this feature may be manually done if required)
  • Great confidence in the public clock which becomes a real indicator allowing anyone's watch or clock resetting.
